I recently went exploring along the Barton Creek greenbelt, which snakes its way through the southwestern part of Austin. I'd thought I'd share some shots so those of you who live in other states can see Texas is not all tumbleweed fields and oil rigs. You'd never know these shots were taken right in the middle of the city.
This lady found her "sweet spot" and enjoyed a natural massage.
Some kayakers take a break after running the rapids.
I couple of mountain bikers take a dip to cool off at the top of a waterfall along Barton Creek.
Of course, it wouldn't be Austin without beautiful live oaks.
